In collaboration with The International Beer Collector for the first time in what will now become a new annual event, we will be celebrating all things Dutch (Particularly Good Beers)

Plus we will be rolling out some super Dutch menu items from our kitchen including –
Dutch Frites in a cone w/ Remia Sauce
Bitterballen w/ cheese dipping sauce
Rookworst Plate w/ smashed potato & kraut
Stroopwafels w/ dutch Vanilla Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce

Brouwerij Kees Caramel Fudge Stout – 11.5% [AMAZING] Brouwcafé de Molen x Omnipollo Imperial Pineapple IPA – 8.5%
Emelisse Brouwerij Espresso Stout – 9.5%
Brouwerij Kees Hazy Sunrise – NEIPA – 7.1%

De Molen:
Cher & Choco (10%) – collab. with Brussels Beer Project – Oatmeal Imperial Stout with cacao nibs and cherries – Inspired by the famous German dessert Schwarzwälder Kirschtörte (Black Forest Cherry Torte)
Quirks & Quinine (8%) – collab. with Beavertown (UK) – Gin & Tonic saison – spiced saison with juniper berries
Us & Them (12.3%) – Imperial Stout with raisins, figs, vanilla and orange zest
Vuur & Vlam (6.2%) – ‘Fire & Flame’ is their famous IPA house beer
Verdeel & Heers BA (9.8%) – barrel aged Imperial Stout spiked with Brettanomyces
Bommen & Granaten (11.9%) – Barley Wine (this is the beer they used to make their cheese)

Kees:
It’s A Blond! (6%) – Pils + Munchener malt, coriander, mango, amarillo dry-hop, fermented with Westmalle yeast
Anniversary #3 (8%) – Coconut Porter
Mosaic Hop Explosion (5.5%)
Frick & Frack (11.3%) – collab. With De Molen – Smoked Barley Wine

Bounty Hunter (12%) – Imperial Stout with coffee and coconut
Willy Tonka #3 (11%) – Imperial Stout with Tonka Beans and Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Smeerolie M/C/C (10%) – Imperial Stout with Molasses, Chipotle and Coconut
Motorolie 10 (12%) – their flagship Russian Imperial Stout
